Raytheon Technologies People Services organization is seeking a high-energy, self-starting business professional to support Ad-Hoc reporting needs for HR data.
This job can be performed remotely.
This position will follow UK workshift
- Manage the HR Reporting queue for GPS Americas
- Track, own, and fulfill all Reporting requests for HR data
- Provide top-notch professional customer support to our customers
- Liaise with Workforce Intelligence Team, HR Community and GPS teams to ensure accurate and appropriate data is reported while meeting HR Data compliance requirements
- Support HR data reporting requests, conduct audits and standardize process for repeatable requests
- Update and maintain standard work and related documentation
