As a HR Data Analyst role, you will run varying employee data reports to support business needs, analyze for any inconsistencies, checking for incorrect, or incomplete information.
You will update employee data in our current HRIS system to align with reporting from our Finance and IT departments.
Role Responsibilities

• Conduct data audit and execute any needed actions to correct across multiple HR systems.
• Develops reports and dashboards using various reporting and visualization tools to meet business needs
• Present to HR leadership on findings and deliver actionable insights
• Ensure data integrity and recommend solutions where problems arise
• Work in cross-functional teams, managing multiple priorities
• Coordinate across multiple partners and customers to resolve employee data issues
• Gain an understanding of current HRIS systems to run reports and verify information as needed
• Aide in the preparation of the data for the new HRIS

• 1-2 Years related experience
• HRIS system experience preferred
• Ceridian Dayforce experience preferred
• Breath HR experience preferred
• SD Worx experience preferred
