General Responsibilities
? Develop simple to complex human resource reports using data from multiple human resource data sources to ensure
established metrics are being met.
? Provides expert and timely consultation relating to human resources and workforce data insights and reporting and
trending. ...
? Manage and analyze workforce data and when possible, provide insights, trend analysis and consulting relative to the
data.
? Compile, analyze and manage reports and data to communicate key human resource metrics to stakeholders within
human resources as well as other Herman Miller stakeholders. Identifies areas of concern, make recommendations for
problem resolution and ensure reporting best practices.
? Design, develop, and communicate dashboards/reports to answer relevant business questions in a concise and easy to
understand format.
? Apply knowledge of relational databases to retrieve data from core human resource systems, learning management
and applicant tracking systems.
? Assist in ad hoc project work by responding to unique requests for HR reports from various databases
? Leverage technology to deliver accurate and pertinent information to the customer/ business partner in a timely
