Job Description


Outcomes: Sourcing and Talent Pipeline:Proactively source and build a pipeline of qualified IT candidates through various channels.
Maintain a robust database of potential candidates for current and future positions. Candidate Engagement and Screening:Engage with potential candidates to understand their skills, experience, and career aspirations.
Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills and cultural fit. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:Work closely with hiring managers to understand their IT staffing needs.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and collaborate to refine job requirements. Efficient Recruitment Process:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
Ensure a timely and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Quality of Hire:Present high-quality candidates to hiring managers, meeting or exceeding expectations.
Contribute to the successful onboarding and integration of new hires. Utilization of Recruitment Tools:Effectively use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline processes.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in recruitment technology. Key Competencies: Technical Acumen:Understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
Ability to assess technical skills and match them to job requirements. Communication Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to convey information clearly and persuasively to candidates and hiring managers. Adaptability:Flexibility to adapt to changing recruitment needs and priorities.
