Responsibilities:

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Managing profiles on Upwork or another bidding portal.
Searching for relevant jobs and writing proposals.
Creating Portfolios and Packages.
General communication with the clients.
Sending daily Updates to the client by keeping track of the work going on.
Working with the team on targets.
Analyzing the progress and setting goals.
Researching and strategizing based on the goals.
Negotiations with the client.
