HR recruiter for an ed-tech company located in Thane Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Interview applicants to define qualifications and eligibility for employment. Contact prospective employers to define needs to explain placement service. Arrange on-campus interviews between employers and graduating students to facilitate the placement of graduates Organizing on & off-campus students, seminars and Drive in college and office premises. College Visit for Seminar, Workshop, Drives, All College Activities. Company visit for (Tie-up with company, HR meeting, Recruitment Type) Coordinate activities of job placement & free/paid internship service for students graduates Conducting soft skills (interview preparation, GD, HR round) for students. Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and developing placement office procedures. Qualification: - Graduate/Post graduate- HR/MBA from IT/ Experience in HR Domain/ Consultancy experience/ Recruitment Industry Job Location:- Thane Shift Time: - 10 AM - 07 PM Experience:- Minimum experience of 1 year required for this position- only Recruiter Female - 06 Month to 1 Year Male - 1year to 2 year No. Vacancy: - 3 (Female/ Male) Max age- 37 Salary:- 18k to 30k Weekly off:- Thursday
