- Design and update job descriptions
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media,Naukri,Shine,Linkedin and professional platforms )
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates

- Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
