Roles and Responsibilities Job description

  • Responsible for Talent Acquisition (Bulk hiring / mass recruitment)

  • Managing end to end employee life cycle

  • Partnering with business Heads to identify the current and future needs

  • To ensure continuous flow of competent talent in the zone

  • Ensuring robust utilisation of multiple sourcing channels and reviewing its effectiveness periodically

  • Meet the headcount plan in sync with Business requirements for the zone

  • Evaluate sourcing mix and adopt appropriate strategy for the Zone

  • Reviewing and providing periodic feedback to the team and driving them towards consistent delivery

  • Establish and develop effective working relationships with all stakeholders by rigorously creating and sharing the recruitment updates and dashboards every week with Business stakeholders.
