Responsible for Talent Acquisition (Bulk hiring / mass recruitment)
Managing end to end employee life cycle
Partnering with business Heads to identify the current and future needs
To ensure continuous flow of competent talent in the zone
Ensuring robust utilisation of multiple sourcing channels and reviewing its effectiveness periodically
Meet the headcount plan in sync with Business requirements for the zone
Evaluate sourcing mix and adopt appropriate strategy for the Zone
Reviewing and providing periodic feedback to the team and driving them towards consistent delivery
Establish and develop effective working relationships with all stakeholders by rigorously creating and sharing the recruitment updates and dashboards every week with Business stakeholders.
