\xc2\xb7 Responsible for handling Non-IT requirements for Domestic clients.
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for full recruiting Life Cycle: Sourcing, Screening & Validation, Profile Sharing & follow up, engagement, Offer Negotiation, and hiring/onboarding/successful placement for the assigned requirement.
\xc2\xb7 Experience in hiring using social media and networking is highly preferred.
\xc2\xb7 Sourcing from Job Portals (Naukri, Shine), Making job postings on the Job Portal or LinkedIn.
\xc2\xb7 Must have good experience in sourcing profiles based on job specifications and skillsets as per clients\' requirements.
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
\xc2\xb7 Must be a Strong team player with a positive mindset.
\xc2\xb7 Should be excellent in MS Office.
\xc2\xb7 Should be able to take up additional responsibilities as and when required. Skills Required:
