Location: We have offices in New York, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, London, and New Delhi. This role is based out of our India office in Gurgaon; you will be required to be in the office two days a week and will have the flexibility to work from home. About the role: We are looking for a seasoned HR Director to lead the people function and a team of HR professionals providing HR support for our largest fastest growing office. The HR Director will provide strategic direction, operational support, and effective HR programs that align with the organization\'s goals and objectives. In this role, you will be hands on supporting all facets of the human resources function with an emphasis on talent management, career development, compensation, performance management, coaching, and employee relations. This role will contribute to the overall effectiveness of the organization by driving continuous improvement in service to our employees while supporting our business goals. This role reports to the Chief People Officer. About you: You are a self-driven, experienced HR professional who seeks opportunities to add value and make an impact on the company. You are an influencer who can build strong relationships at all levels of the organization. You are recognized by your ability to tackle business challenges with a solution focused, roll up your sleeves approach. Your day-day responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization\'s goals and objectives
  • Acting as a strategic partner and advisor to leaders and managers by supporting, coaching and guiding them on HR policies, practices, procedures and employee relation (ER) matters
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team to ensure high-quality HR services are delivered effectively and efficiently across the organization.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with all levels of the organization to ensure that HR programs and services meet the needs of the business.
  • Cultivate an open-door policy for all employees, therefore continually supporting compliance and integrity in business activities
  • Develop and oversee benefits and compensation programs that are competitive and equitable.
  • Oversee payroll operations, ensuring timely processing of salary changes and statutory contributions.
  • Develop and implement innovative, effective strategies for developing and retaining top-quality talent in a highly competitive and fast-paced environment.
  • Understand and translate business priorities, employee insights, and external market factors to support talent strategies.
  • Partner within HR team to develop and execute a lifecycle, calibrated approach to talent management by assessing organizational performance systematically, defining talent gaps and proposing solutions in support of business objectives.
  • Oversee the overall candidate experience through the application process, communication, interviews, and on-boarding.
  • Manage a diverse set of company-wide HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
You have:
  • MBA in HRDM or Masters in HRDM preferred
  • More than 10 years of relevant experience in HR, at least 5 with a leadership role
  • Excels at working in a fast-paced work environment with a hands-on approach
  • Passionate about innovative HR solutions and process improvement
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to empathize and build trusted relations
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving abilities, and analytical thinking skills
  • Experience in employer branding crafting employee value propositions
  • Ability to multi-task and drive items to closure through well-honed planning organizing. Proactive in nature, going out of the way to learn and contribute
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with people at various levels, with sound influencing capability. High levels of interpersonal effectiveness and maturity
  • Natural ability to operate with integrity and confidentiality
  • Experienced in counseling and problem solving
  • Knowledge and experience on best payroll practices in the market
