What your day will look like:

• Work as a strategic HR Partner to translate business strategies and objectives into HR Agenda
• Lead complex change and transformation programs in alignment with business strategy.
• Collaborate with the business for creating a high performance culture by creating and implementing team and organizational design solution teams, providing measurable performance indicators and improvement plans
• Stakeholder Management and partnership to deliver business value at the highest level
• Managing HR Agile projects end to end, including coaching and leading other team members
• Using leadership and Talent Development Tools to drive organization and team performance
• Lead Organization design programs
• Lead People and Capability Development to ensure the organization is always fit to compete in the market place.
• Creating a positive winning Culture & improving Employee Engagement

• Previous HR Business Partnering experience is desired
• Ability to learn from observation and experiences around and courageous to be able to take a stand and take the "difficult right" over an "easy wrong" path
• Have the adaptability and resilience to balance short term and long term priorities
• Have strong relationship building skills and a flexibility of approach to coach and become a trusted partner to VP\'s, Directors and their teams
• Be a strong networker, able to deliver through others, working through HR colleagues across the globe
• Be able to use data and insight to unlock new opportunities that generate value
• Be a change agent who can support transformation of both Organization and Culture
• Be Self-aware, and focussed on their own development
