Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - HR Business Partner - Plant/Corporate in FMCG/QSR sector

Job Responsibilities:
1. Business Partnering: Drive Engagement and connect in Corporate ISC & QA teams
2. Talent Management: Drive Corp Talent Management programs in Corp & Frontline Supply Chain teams
3. Learning: Drive Learning interventions across Corp ISC & QA teams
4. Reports & MIS: Trackers around potential/performance/attrition/Monthly/Quarterly report outs & decks
5. Projects: HR tech for Supply Chain, Employer branding, Policy documentation etc
