HRBP - Sales | Unicorn Startup
We\'re hiring for the role of HRBP - Sales for a Unicorn startup based out in Gurgaon.
- The company has expanded in 30 countries globally and has been in the business for more than a decade.
- 1-6 years of work experience required.
- 5 days work from office.
:
- Develop a deep understanding of the business, and partner with stakeholders to drive relevant agendas
- Liaison with TA and Business Teams to ensure smooth on boarding and assimilation of new joiners
- Own the Talent Review Process for the span and drive a high-performance culture through coaching first time managers to deliver feedback regularly and appropriately
- Partner with the Learning Team to identify needs and design development initiatives for the cohort
- Work closely with relevant teams to drive penetration of Talent Management Programs
- Employees connect governance of established frameworks, ensuring defined frequency while working with business stakeholders
- Fielding employee queries on concerns and clarifications
- Adopt a data backed approach for taking the right decisions at the right time
