Job Description


I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their long-term objectives, workforce needs, and challenges. Develop HR strategies and action plans that align with the organization\'s goals and address talent-related issues.

2. Talent Acquisition: Work with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and participate in the hiring process. Source and attract top talent, facilitate interviews, and support the selection process.

3. Employee Relations: Act as a mediator and provide guidance to resolve employee-related issues and conflicts. Address and manage employee grievances and ensure fair treatment and compliance with company policies and labor laws.

4. Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance appraisals, and feedback mechanisms. Help identify performance improvement opportunities and assist in talent development initiatives.

5. Learning and Development: Collaborate with business leaders to identify training needs and develop learning programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities. Facilitate the implementation of training initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.

6. Compensation and Benefits: Analyze and review compensation structures and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards. Advise on salary adjustments, promotions, and incentive plans.

7. Organizational Development: Assist in organizational restructuring, change management, and succession planning efforts. Provide guidance on organizational design and talent deployment to optimize business performance.

8. HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure that HR policies, procedures, and practices are in compliance with employment laws and regulations. Keep abreast of legal changes and proactively address potential compliance issues.

9. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize HR data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Generate reports for business leaders to support data-driven decision-making.

10. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture, improve employee morale, and increase retention.

11. HR Projects and Initiatives: Lead or contribute to HR-related projects and initiatives that align with the organization\'s strategic priorities and enhance HR practices.

12. HR Technology and Systems: Stay informed about HR technology trends and tools. Collaborate with the HRIS team to implement and optimize HR systems and software for better efficiency and data management.
