:
The position will report to the respective process owner or a team member of HR, Employee Relations & Administration team.
The incumbent will be responsible for: - Coordinating and managing sub processes in Various Areas like Recruitment, Training, PMS, Compensation, HRIS, Policy & Process guidelines, Employee Engagement and Recruitment Operations in HR, Employee Relations, Contract Labour management and Administration department.
- Managing the day-to-day operations & assignments in the sub-processes.
- Supporting the team members in driving improvements in respective processes to achieve operational excellence in meeting service level agreements.
- Adherence & Effective implementation of statutory compliances.
- Facilitating and driving organization wide initiatives like ERM, CII Business Excellence, HR Excellence, Kaizen and Knowledge Management etc. along with the team members.
REQUISITE QUALIFICATION:
Essential: Graduate in any discipline with Post Graduate qualification in Management
REQUISITE WORK EXPERIENCE:
Essential: Minimum 5 plus years of relevant work experience
SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
Essential: - Result & Process Orientation , Interpersonal & Networking Skills, Communication skills, MIS reporting, Knowledge of advance excel, Business understanding
