Key Responsibilities :

- Partners with the key stakeholders to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent management strategy across employee lifecycle.

- Design, implement and monitor special projects/initiatives across lifecycle of employee - onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, rewards and recognition, exit etc.

- Create programs, for employer branding to attract tier-one technology and data science talent.

- Identify, analyze, and implement best HR practices suited for the organization.

- Identify, onboard, and implement tools that can help scale HR processes effectively.

- Create effective analytical tools & reports to analyze HR information.

- Conducting internal audits and checks to ensure adherence to all HR processes

- Conduct internal surveys to check employee pulse and areas of strength and improvements areas to design suitable interventions aiming at building the best workplace for the team.

Qualifications :

- Post-Graduate with specialization in HR from tier I/II B-Schools

- 5-10 years of experience working as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic organization

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Self-starter, willing to learn and implement in a fast-paced environment

- Tech Savvy - willing to experiment and adopt best tech practices in HR function.

- Data-driven individual with an analytical mindset
