Job Description

We are hiring for HR Business Partner to be based in Ahmedabad , India to work alongside Executive Leadership and support Line Managers as an internal consultant. Focus on strategic support, business critical activities and improving organisational productivity and quality.

Other operational duties would include:

• Know the business, the strategy and business drivers, products, budgets, forecasts, and employee issues.
• Coach and prompt business managers to think strategically, think about the impact of changes on the organisation and how to best make use of people to achieve success.
• Encourage open constructive dialogue between employees, managers and leaders.
• Involved and able to influence at all stages of business strategy development and implementation, contributing to decision making.
• Continually view HR services from the client\xe2\x80\x99s perspective.
• Contribute in developing strong strategies for addressing problems.
• Work proactively, constantly adding measurable value and making tangible improvements, clarifying what is needed by the business and HR and evaluating outcomes.
• Assist HR leaders to align HR strategy with expansion and business strategy, leading on policy development and strategy discussions.
• Recruitment, employee development and compensation strategy (not implementation) to drive workforce planning, support organisational change and facilitate organisational development.
• Engagement with Group HR and outstation functions in aligning company objectives with employees and management
• Project planning with HR Stakeholders - internal and external for risks mitigation, progress monitoring and implementation

Qualifications

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the HR Business Partnering Team.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent is essential.
• Minimum 6 years of job-related experience
• Excellent understanding of best practice HR management theories.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
