Cimpress India is looking for Senior HR Business Partner role across Mumbai and Ahmedabad locations.

In this position, you will primarily act as a consultant for company management on all issues related to human resources. You should be a proactive communicator and change agent, someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions.

What Are You Expected to Do:

  • Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with senior leaders and department heads to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support those objectives.
  • Change Management: Lead and manage organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Competency Mapping: Develop and maintain a comprehensive competency mapping framework to assess, identify, and address skill gaps within the organization.
  • Job Level Mapping: Create and maintain a job level mapping system that aligns job roles with career progression and growth opportunities.
  • Talent Development: Work with the Learning and Development team to design and implement programs that enhance employee skills, competencies, and career paths.
  • Employee Relations: Handle complex employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution while ensuring a fair and compliant process.
  • Performance Management: Collaborate on performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
  • HR Metrics and Analytics: Utilize data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Compliance: Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations, ensuring HR policies and practices are compliant and reflect best practices.
  • Employee Engagement: Implement strategies to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • HR Technology: Leverage HR technology solutions to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance HR service delivery.
What will make your candidature great
  • 6-9 Years of HRBP Experience: A minimum of 6-8 years of progressive HR experience, with a significant portion spent as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
  • Change Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing and leading change initiatives within an organization, with a strong ability to drive change adoption.
  • Competency Mapping and Job Level Mapping: Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing competency mapping and job level mapping frameworks.
  • Strategic Thinker: A strategic mindset with the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive results.
  • Strong Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with senior leaders, employees, and external stakeholders.
  • Data-Driven: Proficiency in HR analytics and the ability to leverage data for informed decision making.
  • Compliance Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure HR practices are legally compliant.
  • Change Agent: A proactive, adaptable, and innovative approach to HR practices, with a track record of implementing successful HR initiatives.
  • HR Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with HR technology solutions and their implementation for process improvement.
  • Team Player: A collaborative and inclusive approach to working with cross-functional teams and promoting a positive work environment.
