We create and curate over 100 different DIY kits, each with a video tutorial to help customers execute the kit. Our kits cater to all interests like art & craft, gardening, alco-bev, food, lifestyle and many more. We use our kits for gifting, return gifts for birthday parties, welcome hamper for new employees, Diwali gifting, giveaways, offsite workshops for corporates and group workshops for individuals. Our aim is to help people learn and experience the joy of creation! Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, sales pitches, client relationship management, team management, and achieving sales targets with hotels across India. Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Proven track record in sales and sales management Marketing and branding knowledge Ability to build and sustain lasting relationships with clients Team management and leadership abilities Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Passionate about sales
