Role Description We are seeking a full-time on-site Hotel Sales Manager to oversee and manage our sales team. The Hotel Sales Manager will work closely with the General Manager to create and implement sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue. The role will also involve maintaining relationships with clients and developing new business opportunities. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Proven experience in sales and sales management Marketing experience Ability to lead and motivate a sales team Strong organizational and time management skills Knowledge of hotel industry trends and practices Bachelor\'s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field Experience with hotel revenue management software and fluency in multiple languages are desirable qualifications.
