We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for an active customer-focused Manager in hospitality /real-estate industry with exceptional sales skills who will be in charge of developing a sales and marketing plan that includes soliciting new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets via outside sales calls, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking.

Key responsibilities areas \xe2\x80\x93
- Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities.
- Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking.
- Clear understanding of the business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.
- Establish and grow our market share by developing and maintaining relationships with major group and catering clients.
- Supports the director of sales and marketing in preparing the department budget as well as the hotel\'s overall sales goals and strategy.
- Implement new strategies to increase the sales and client\xe2\x80\x99s retention.
- Handles any complaints or reviews related to group/corporate sales or marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with the Revenue Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiates meets the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s goals and also to ensure the proper distribution of room sales across various market segments.
- Attending important meetings with clients and assist them.
- Maintains positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat and recurring business.
- Represent the company in various events, tradeshows and exhibitions.

Required candidate profile \xe2\x80\x93
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years experience in the Hotel, Tourism or Real Estate field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent convincing skills.
- Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively.
- Good organization and time management skills.
