Location - Bangalore - Manyata Tech Park Experience - 3 to 4 Years TH Salary - 30 to 40K JD : \xc3\xbc Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. \xc3\xbc Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel. \xc3\xbc Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization\'s products or services. \xc3\xbc Schedule and manage appointments for clients and internal staff. \xc3\xbc Ensure meeting rooms are appropriately booked and set up for meetings. \xc3\xbc Maintain a log of visitors and ensure that security and confidentiality protocols are followed. \xc3\xbc Issue visitor badges and ensure compliance with safety regulations. \xc3\xbc Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. \xc3\xbc Assist in handling and sorting incoming and outgoing mail. \xc3\xbc Manage office supplies and place orders as necessary. \xc3\xbc Handle and route internal and external communications efficiently. \xc3\xbc Distribute messages to the appropriate individuals or departments. \xc3\xbc Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. \xc3\xbc Relay information between different teams within the organization. \xc3\xbc Address and resolve queries or issues raised by visitors or staff. \xc3\xbc Escalate complex issues to the relevant department or personnel. \xc3\xbc Measure and improve visitor and client satisfaction through feedback and surveys.
