? Handling the POS system and billing at the desk
? Familiarizing clients with our offerings - Memberships, Birthdays, Gift Vouchers and Merchandise etc.
? Handle birthday party bookings & queries and coordinating with the Marketing & Events Manager.
? Pro-actively assist in selling Funky Monkeys Birthday Packages, Memberships & other offerings.
? Client servicing- attending to clients queries and requests.
? Assisting and briefing parents/guardians with our rules of play, rate card, membership packages etc.
? Briefing clients about the Funky Monkeys Play Center and its facilities
? Checking of cleanliness of the entire play center and filling cleanliness sheet.
? Handling the school group mornings and proactively calling schools.
? Assisting with the monthly stock count for Merchandise, Socks etc.
? Checking the stationery supplies and ordering should be done.
? Ensure all promotional material, forms & disclaimers are up to date.
? Assisting with other admin & operations duties as directed and requiredJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ?45,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per monthSchedule:
