Whom We\'re Looking For: We\'re looking for driven and highly motivated professionals who can take up the contemporary role of Acquisition Specialist in the hospitality and tourism domain to help support the growth of the hosts on the LoftOfSpace platform. If you\'re quick on your feet, already an expert in the ins-and-outs of your local geography, and ready for a new challenge, then we\'ll be happy to on-board you with us in our India Team. As an Host Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, onboarding new hosts and managing all matters related to your assigned markets. What You\'ll Do: The role will require you to be based in the city for which you will be selected and will involve domestic travel. Responsibilities and Duties - Conducting market research to identify potential properties and spaces suitable for the business requirements and analysing market trends and data to inform potential bookability and acquisitions decision Conducting due diligence on potential properties/spaces including performing property inspections and assessing zoning and land use regulation Explore and gauge the existing supply to identify growth opportunities and build host networks in order to provide the best possible experiences to guests. Grow the quantity and quality of hosts and listings in the assigned market as per LoftOfSpace standards and guidelines. Identify hyper local initiatives and projects, plan and execute locally relevant partnerships and deals for market management Identify potential leads in the market, through online and offline sources, and help the team mates in their host outreach. Identify hosts that can take on additional responsibilities within the market and minimise friction of hosting Collaborate with teammates and provide expertise, metrics, analysis, and recommendations based on the industry\'s best practices. - Operate as an integral part of the management team to drive common strategic themes such as diversity, well-being, belonging and develop reputation and growth. Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment with key partner teams. What You\'ll Bring: An enthusiastic individual with the following skills. Familiarity with local tourism landscape and property market along with the skills of promoting the hospitality business Knowledge & passion for the hospitality industry with a clear understanding of different trends, best practices and guests preferences Proficiency in spoken and written english along with local language Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to negotiate and build relationships Prior experience in sales / business development is preferred Experience in Real estate / travel / hospitality / tourism / e-commerce will be preferred Should be mobile within the city i.e. should have their own vehicle for local travel Well versed with productivity tools - Google workspace, Asana Nature & responsibilities of this role will put the person involved with many hosts & several properties, you will have to be extremely well organised, very responsible and methodical with the ability to manage multiple projects & deadlines. LoftOfSpace requires someone proactive and self-motivated with a hands-on approach to all tasks he or she is assigned to.
