Achieving sales targets assigned on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Maintaining and sharing monthly MIS reports with management. Ensuring availability of products through timely forecasting and interaction with all departments in the company. Effectively interacting with all levels from procurement heads, purchase managers, F&B managers, unit head chefs, executive chefs & General Managers. Ensuring customer satisfaction by consistently providing delivery and service to clients. Managing existing institutional accounts and ensuring timely follow ups and collection of dues. Keeping abreast of new and existing competitor activities in the market.
