Job Profile
A. Key Responsibilities:

• For guidance, supervision and control over the Agent /IM under his/ her hierarchy in respect to their life insurance business.
• For the quality of life insurance policies sourced by the Agent /IM under his/ her hierarchy.
• Vicariously responsible for all the acts of omission and commission by the Agent /IM under his/ her hierarchy.

B. Job Specifications:

• Graduate (10+2+3) / Post graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 1\xe2\x80\x907 years of work experience in Sales Development role
• Experience in the life insurance industry / any other industry in sales role is necessary
• Local Area Candidates having the knowledge of potential market will be preferred

Age 24 -36Years

• Good Communication Skills

C. :

• Responsible for recruitment and management of Agents - Identify, recruit and manage advisors.
• Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market/products.
• Monitor and review agents\xe2\x80\x99 performance. Help them achieve m business through customers.
• Meeting existing customers on a regular basis for achieving service standards.
• Execution of sales strategy \xe2\x80\x93 Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation.
• Seek new customers and increase sales.
