Discover our vision here We are looking to hire a Home Care CTI Manager in our team based in Mumbai: Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job: Home Care Division in Unilever is a pioneer of clean future strategy which puts consumer in centre and R&D is recognised as the engine that builds differentiating future innovations. Home Care innovation agenda is led by cutting edge science and technology. Home Care CTI team works hand in hand with Business teams to actively define and shape the clean future innovations into consumer winning mixes. For this role we are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join us in this incredible journey of creating disruptive solutions deeply rooted in consumer truth and insight. This role requires working closely with R&D, CMI and marketing teams to shape the future of Homecare innovation by spotting the right opportunities from emerging consumer and technology trends and to generate relevant consumer insights that will guide the innovation funnel. The incumbent would work closely on R&D global BG program for powders. Main Accountabilities : Consumer Insight champion for Powder and HC programmes, ensuring that consumer insights milestones are delivered for technologies and innovations. Partner closely with R&D, Marketing and CMI teams to work on defining the strategic insights requirement for the key technology platforms in alignment with cross functional category plans. Lead the design, execution of consumer insights programs to ensure delivery against the Consumer Insight milestones. Mine and analyse data from different sources (internal and external) to identify big insights that will drive the innovation opportunities for the Homecare Division. Design and manage the capabilities and infrastructure to deliver the programme, including digital tools, sensory capability, external ecosystem partners etc. Responsible for talent development and coaching of WL1 team members. Key Skills: Ability to translate consumer insights into action for new product development and innovations Flair for bringing \'outside in\' by staying close to emerging consumer trends and ensuring that technology funnel addresses those. Good understanding of qualitative insight methodologies used to understand consumer behaviour and product performance Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills with ability to work across teams and cultures Passion for learning Relevant Experience Science or Social Science or Psychology post graduate degree Minimum 7-8 years of work experience in qualitative research in a research agency involving new product development and/or innovation Work experience on FMCG is desirable Leadership Behaviours: All Leadership behaviours are important, but the ones below are particularly relevant for the role.
