Global Transaction Banking Group is the Product & Sales Support function that provides product expertise to the various segments of Kotak Bank, spanning Consumer Bank, Commercial Bank and Wholesale Banking divisions. Products range include cash management payment & collections solutions, escrow services & dividend business and trade finance services ( import and export services, funded and non-funded products and forex remittances).

We are currently looking for Virtual Product Sales Managers (V-PSM) who can sell CMS products and services from hub location to CA customers spread across the country

Job Profile

  • Collections Solutions viz. Physical Collections, Electronic Collections, Payment Gateway, NACH, Payment Gateway services, -
  • Payment Solution viz. Physical Payments, Electronic Payments, Dividend Mandates, IMPS, NACH, Tax payment etc.,
  • Escrow Business
  • Knowledge of Digital Signature process
Job Role
  • To convert maximum leads received from OCC (Outbound Contact Centre and VRM (Virtual Relationship Managers) and other campaigns across all CMS products.
  • To work on central analytical triggers and leads to effectively know the customer\'s requirement and provide a suitable CMS product
  • To meet the pre decided talk time and the contactibility target on daily basis
  • To understand the technical requirement for system integration for CMS products/ services and implement the same seamlessly
  • Structure solutions and pricing, to win the mandate and ensure the revenue commensurate with the risks and operational efforts
  • Initiate documents for client Digital signature and submit it for onboarding with operation team for client on-barding
  • Schedule virtual meeting for product presentation/Activation, Arrange personal meeting if required.
  • To ensure customer delight by quality communication and ethical selling
  • To adhere to Information Security norm
