Build a talent pipeline through alternate sources / innovative methods. Build a strong, dynamic, and competent team by foreseeing demand pipelines. Coordinate with the client to have a thorough understanding of the job profiles. Must have hands-on end to end recruitment. Impart hands-on training for recruitment team members. Visit the client when needed for a face-to-face understanding of the requirement Prioritize work and review it with recruiters Essential Qualities: Ability to speak to Top management people with confidence Must have a thorough understanding of the roles and responsibilities of various job positions in the IT & NON-IT industry.
