As a vital member of our HR team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and evaluating candidates for a diverse range of roles, from entry-level to senior positions in areas including Embedded Systems, Full Stack, MERN, iOS & Android Development, DevOps, Software Development Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, Software and Cloud Architecture, Blockchain Engineering, IoT Architecture, and more. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the specifics of each role and create tailored job descriptions that resonate with potential candidates. Employ a comprehensive range of sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates from various online channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks. Craft compelling recruiting emails that highlight the unique opportunities and benefits our company offers to potential candidates. Thoroughly screen incoming resumes and applications, assessing candidates\' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Conduct thorough and insightful interviews, utilizing phone, video, and in-person methods to evaluate candidates\' technical skills, experience, and overall suitability for the role. Prepare, administer, and distribute assignments and tests to candidates to assess their technical prowess and problem-solving abilities. Manage the advertisement of job openings across our company\'s careers page, social media platforms, external job boards, and internal communication channels. Present hiring managers with shortlists of highly qualified candidates, ensuring alignment with the outlined role requirements. Facilitate the delivery of job offer emails and effectively address candidate inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and other relevant details. Monitor and analyze key HR metrics related to recruitment, providing regular updates and insights to leadership. Contribute to our company\'s presence at job fairs and recruitment events, showcasing our unique opportunities to potential candidates. Collaborate with departmental managers to anticipate and plan for future hiring needs, offering strategic insights into talent acquisition strategies. Serve as a trusted consultant for new hires, guiding them through the onboarding process and helping to ensure a smooth transition into their roles. Requirements And Skills Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role, ideally with a focus on IT and Non-IT roles. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and experience in effectively utilizing resume databases to source candidates. Demonstrated expertise in employing various sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, and targeted outreach. A solid understanding of referral programs and the ability to leverage them for candidate sourcing. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively. Sound judgment and the ability to assess candidates\' technical skills and cultural fit effectively. Bachelor\'s degree (BSc) in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field, providing you with a solid foundation for talent acquisition strategies.
