Immediate requirement for HR Executive.
The incumbent works closely on employee lifecycle activities and support any other area of HR as needed.
Work Location - Bangalore Salary - 5 LPA
Roles and Responsibilities HR Operations

• Hiring, onboarding, negotiation of the offers, closure on the positions
• Vendor Management- Statutory
• Data Maintenance and HR record keeping, joinee/attrition
• Executing Compliance Initiatives
• Issuing various letters (Insurance, Visa, NOC etc)
• Attendance management
• Performance management
• Handle Payroll and Leave Management
• Complete Exit process and F&F settlement
• Managing associate queries regarding PF, ESIC, Tax and policies etc

HR Business Partnering & Organization Development

• Partner with business teams on Key HR Processes - Performance & Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, ERP. OD Interventions and Rewards & Recognition
• Maintain and strengthen HR documentation including policies and procedures

Desired Candidate Profile

• Solid understanding of HRM practices and employment laws
• Min 2 years of HR Operations & Business Partnering Experience
• Microsoft Excel & Power Point
