Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for execution of events along with Acquisition of speakers and delegates
- Responsible for creating P&L and take informed decisions accordingly.

- Responsible for post event engagement.

- Liaise with key internal team-members including finance, head of events, solutions and engagement managers to understand overall event KPIs

- Work with the vendors, agencies, hotels to identify the most suitable combination for the allocated projects

- Draw up (along with head of event execution) and ensure adherence to event p&ls at all times. Follow organizations processes for vendor registration, PI/PO release

- Close arrangements with hotels, digital platform, event execution agencies, freelancers and vendors to ensure smooth delivery of events

- Own virtual event delivery- webinars, trainings, customer videos, masterclasses etc.

- Manage a large volume of multiple projects and tasks, collaborate with the team, while working under intense deadline pressure and tight budgets

Must Have:

- Basic software knowledge: MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel.

- Relevant experience in events, B2B events, exhibitions space

- Comfort in managing event agency relationships on an ongoing basis.

- Proficiency in handling zoom/streamyard/Virtual platforms

Good to Have

- Understanding and some experience of event and b2b marketing.

- A highly result-oriented, articulate, decisive, self-starter who energizes people around him/her.
