Role

• Overall manage all accounting operations at plant level and ensure that all accounting activities comply with financial regulation and company DOA .
• Engagement in Leverage various revenue stream .
• Focus and special drive in respect to EBITDA Augmentation .
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models.
• Business partnering for synergy and active participation in the growth of the organization.
• Driving business excellence by highlighting KPIs , areas of cost control /cost reduction to all stakeholders.
• Formulating Annual Budget, short term and long term forecast for the business unit.
• Ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and efficacy of financials and management reporting .
• Managing the overall inventory & analysing the impact on financial accounting working capital requirement.
• Ensuring adherence to statutory requirements i.e. Income tax, CARO, GST, MSME, etc.
• Facilitating periodic audits and physical verification.
• Effective litigation management including submission of SCN replies, appeal, written petition before appropriate authorities court .
• Focus around Automation and Digitization the outcome of which would be Zero touch accounting and paperless finance.
• Shares best practices across finance team, e.g. process improvements, financial modeling and procedures changes.
• Special focus on Team Management, People development & Performance monitoring.

Technical Skills/Knowledge

• EBITDA Augmentation, Financial Performance, and Risk mitigation
• Oversight on Financial Accounting & Analysis, Zero Based Budgeting and Strategizing Investments
• Implementing framework for zero tolerance deviations to Legal & Regulatory Compliances
• Co-ordinating with Internal and External Auditors and assisting in audit report finalisation
• Deploying Innovation, Automation and Digitization
