Job Description

- Develops strategic framework and process for business development and project design.

- Provide direction to maintenance and facilities teams.

- Manages market planning process, managing all aspects of restaurant market development, touring new markets, touring existing markets with anticipated renewals, remodels, expansions or potential closures and develops strategic plan.

- Develops short- and long-term restaurant development plans that support the differentiation and uniqueness of the brand while continuing to align with overall strategic plans and goals of the Organization.

- Preparing the project plan for the year in terms of the capex cost, resource allocation and the overall timelines for restaurant deliveries.

- Pre-construction deliverables- Facilitating the site survey, pre site feasibilities, validating the test fit.

- Design Management deliverables- Reviewing the schematic, services coordination, DD drawings, bought out tracker, construction documentation etc.

- Execution deliverables- Tracking project progress, while monitoring time, cost, asset and quality parameters.

- Leads team to work collaboratively to generate successful methodologies, systems, procedures that lead to optimal outcomes in time, cost and quality of work for the department.

- Determines how financial objectives will be achieved through Store development programs and initiatives.

- Monitors, controls and leads the development of the functional annual operating plan and budget, and quarterly forecast updates.

- Works closely with international teams for design co-ordination, importing best practices, new site approvals.

- Deep understanding of industry and best practices and standards. Understands and applies best practices in the retail business development, construction and maintenance area to up level processes, approaches, tools, and standards.
