KFC/Hardee's - Retail Store Development Program Manager

Strategic Responsibilities :

- Oversee and drive new store opening (NSO)/renovation projects for Americana brands (KFC/Hardee's) in liaising with Real Estate Team, Design Team and Construction Team

- Ensure that Americana brands are complying with Development Agreement commitments aligned with Franchisor

- Effectively communicate with Brand COOs and Franchisors

Operational Responsibilities :

- Drive weekly calls with Real Estate and Construction team to understand the progress of projects against our annual plan

- Share weekly summary with Leadership team about new store opening and renovation projects

- Monitor the capital investment spend and assess the reasons for higher capital investment (if required)

- Own the success routines for the development team

- Assist design team to standardize design guidelines for brands with Brand Heads

- Real Estate Team/ Design Team/ Construction Team

- Financial Planning and Analysis Team

- Chief Development Office

- Brand COOs/Brand Heads

- Franchisor

Qualification Required :

- 6-7 years of experience in process-driven function of retail store development/project management /costing

- Experience in Retail/Quick Service Restaurant is a must
