Job Description

Our client is one of India's most exciting new economy players, combining a best in class technology and fintech platform with traditional economy sectors like real estate to deliver unprecedented market access to alternative investments and financial returns. The target clients will be High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth (HNI and UHNI) investors.

Our client is looking for a head of sales from the wealth management/private banking space to lead the sales effort and harness the value of the proposition. The key responsibilities are:

- Evangelise the product and open up new markets, both through direct relationships as well as channel partnerships

- Explain to investors the benefits of looking at these alternative asset classes and support their journey of learning and investing

- Bringing investor feedback to the product team to support the product development effort

- Build and develop a market leading High Net Worth (HNI) sales team

- Aim to achieve market leadership in the space

Requirements: Applicants should have the following:

- Minimum 6 years experience in wealth management, private banking sales or real estate sales

- Ownership of a book of at least INR 250 crores AUM

- Ability to do consultative selling - ie to educate clients about the benefits and risks of the new asset classes being brought to them through this proposition

- Ability to build and lead teams

- Entrepreneurial mindset as the products are quite new to the market

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
