about the role Responsibilities The Head of Presales leads the team of Presales Solution Partners responsible for working in collaboration with Sales to build strategic relations at all levels including executive level and significantly expand the Orange Business Services scope and portfolio of services with targeted customers and prospects. This mission includes key stakeholder\'s relationships up to and including CxO, contributing to joint sales planning, sales and solution strategy definition, identification of potential opportunities, deal shaping, deal qualification and the overall accountability for development of the complete operational and technical solution. The Presales team should act as the customer advocate for their IT and communication needs and ensure that proposed solutions are effective for the customer. Through wide technology insight and customer industry awareness, the Pre-sales Solution Partners advise customers on how technology supports and enables their digital journey to meet their business objectives. The primary focus is Strategic core services (connectivity, mobility/voice, security, IS, datacentre and cloud) and drive managed services business. Facilitates and supports the growth of the overall business New and Get within Orange Business Services. Ensures the achievement of financial objectives, respecting Orange Business Services positioning and strategy. Should be able to evaluate, nurture and work with key strategic partners. about you Skills Minimum of 15 years of ICT experience of which 5 years should be in leading technical. Technical certification in relevant areas (i.e., CCIE, CCDA, CCDP, CCNA, CCNP, CISSP). Business financial skills, e.g., understand business case concept (pricing/costing /risks provision, ) and the impact of changing elements on NPV, payback margin, \'Commercial acumen\'. Bring thought leadership in the ICT domain. Excellent presentation & negotiation skills. Ability to visualize, simplify and explain complex technical and business solutions. Ability to create and present Conceptual designs and case studies. Ability to develop the level of credibility that positions Orange to collaborate on the construction of clients\' business cases.
