About the role:
We are looking for an experienced, forward-thinking Head of Solution Architecture to join our team and lead our enterprise systems architecture initiatives.
As the Head of Solution Architecture, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of the company?s enterprise systems and related architecture. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in enterprise systems, commercial knowledge, and proven success leading a team of architects in developing and delivering high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities:

• 
  Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company?s enterprise systems architecture.
• Define and maintain the architecture vision, standards, and guidelines for all enterprise systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain a comprehensive architecture roadmap.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the architecture meets the needs and objectives of the business.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, development processes, and best practices.
• Monitor and analyse industry trends and assess their impact on the enterprise systems architecture.

About you:

• Minimum of 10 years enterprise architecture
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
• Proven experience leading architect teams
• Aptitude for translating complex technical topics into simple product solutions
• Good communicator at multiple levels and across multiple disciplines

• Team Player, able to provide input into a multifunctional team

• Self-motivated, capable of working with limited supervision, pro-actively reporting on status and tasks
