We are embarking on an exciting journey to elevate our presence in Prestige accounts in selected cities, and we are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as the National Head, Prestige Accounts. We pride ourselves on crafting exceptional spirits and delivering unforgettable experiences. Our portfolio boasts iconic brands like Hibiki, Laphroaig, Toki, Roku, Ardmore, and many more. Embarking on an exciting journey to elevate our presence in Prestige accounts in selected cities, and we are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as the Head, Prestige Accounts.As the Head, Prestige Accounts, you will be a key member of the commercial leadership team, driving the development and execution of a strategic plan for our Prestige portfolio in India. This role is pivotal in establishing and leading a high-performing account management and advocacy teams, focused on the top-tier markets including Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Goa, and others.

Roles and Responsibilities

Prestige Account Strategy:

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to elevate the presence and performance of our Prestige brands in key markets

Identify and prioritize high-value accounts, establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers

Team Leadership:

Build and lead a team of Key Account Managers across strategic cities, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement

Develop and mentor the team to deliver exceptional results and exceed targets

Advocacy and Engagement:

Lead the advocacy team responsible for engaging with the bartender community, driving brand advocacy and awareness.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create unique and memorable brand experiences

Role and Responsibilities

Industry-Leading Experiences:

Create industry-leading experiences for our customers and consumers within the selected accounts

Elevate brand visibility by actively engaging in PR for partnerships and events in these high-visibility accounts

Continuous Innovation:

Continuously evolve, learn, and lead industry trends.

Adopt internal and external best practices to enhance the overall strategy and execution.

Prestige City Initiative - Mumbai:

Take onus to drive Mumbai as the \'Prestige City\' within the framework.

Gather insights from best-in-class examples like London and implement strategies to significantly increase our presence in prestige accounts in Mumbai.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

  • Min 10 years of experience ,5+ years of experience in a leadership role within alcoholic beverage industry, with a focus on Prestige accounts.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing strategic plans for premium brands.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.
