During this time we\xe2\x80\x99ve been improving how we do our marketing but as we move from start-up phase to scale- up, we are looking an inspirational, all-rounder in marketing to support our growth and tell the world our story, owning all things to do with our brand, setting out our future marketing strategies while also leading our growing marketing team.

We are a developer of construction software and a high-end construction project management consultancy. Improving construction strengthens the very foundation of human civilisation. ( it)

As a consultancy, we are focused on genuinely upgrading the way construction projects are delivered. We bring control and clarity to projects using a pragmatic mix of the latest technology, our own processes, and a big dose of common sense.

We then take the deep understanding of the projects we work on to develop construction management software products that anyone can use to deliver their projects better. The Role

Purpose of the role

You will create, own and manage all our marketing efforts, from strategy setting through to execution and development, all with the aim of building our brand and increasing our footprint and reach on a global scale.

Our Growth team is made up of our sales, marketing & video teams. Together, we tell the Laminar story to the world and make sure we are in the best possible position to continue developing long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers. Your overall leader will be our Growth Director.

As our Head of Marketing, you will:

Own, develop and build everything to do with our brand while maintaining our core values

Lead, grow and develop our amazing marketing team, ensuring we hit our deadlines and are producing work of exceptional quality

Identify and define consumer problems and develop a marketing strategiesy that willo achieve our business objectives

Keep up to date with the latest industry news and marketing tools and techniques to ensure we are staying ahead of the rest of the industry

Solve problems, translate strategic insights into recommendations and develop strong cross-functional partnerships with the rest of Operations team, as well with the Business Development, Product and Commercial Teams

Your Capabilities

You are a proven marketing specialist with a rounded knowledge base across all marketing-related disciplines and excellent leadership and management skills.

Can you tell me more about what the role is like?

We are looking for a real all-rounder who can oversee all our marketing efforts and help get the best out of our growing marketing team. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for everything to do with marketing, from hiring new team members, setting strategies and advising on new initiatives you think we should be doing. We have big growth plans so your role is likely to evolve as we grow too.

Where would I be working?

Our marketing roles are 100% remote and home-based. However, if you would like to work in a co-work space to get out of the house we can arrange that. If you are in one of our locations with offices you can come as often as you like.

Compensation for this role depends on the level and will likely fall in the INR 1604100 \xe2\x80\x93 2547500 annual range. We provide a competitive mix of salary, bonuses and equity.
