One of the largest and most recognizable lifestyle brands in the country Head the entire marketing segment for the luxury piece of the business Develop, execute and refine visual identity, brand tone of voice, digital identity and content strategy Develop and implement annual marketing plans and programs to achieve specific brand objectives, category leading awareness, and business goals Lead impactful Brand campaigns by ideating creative briefs tied to impactful consumer insights, leading to best in class creative work from agency partners. Develop and manage luxury brand partnerships, aligning to core brand mission and with clear ROI measures Drive excellence across all marketing and communication activities, including brand voice, marketing activation and guidelines, brand messaging, advertising, photography and guidelines, brand integration, public relations, brand experience partnerships, experiential marketing and events, website development, media planning, marketing innovation, and content development. Manage annual marketing budgets. Maintain tracking and reporting of key budget processes. Lead the conduct of periodic market / consumer research to assess opportunity size, driving a PoV or brand purpose, identifying the gaps, areas of opportunities, consumer insights, mega trends, etc Develop strategic plan to drive brand differentiation and customer satisfaction across the consumer experience Develop PR strategy, seeking high level placements in print (fashion & business), TV and online media. The Successful Applicant 10-15 years of experience in a marketing role, with experience of building a new brand. Relevant experience in a luxury category or industry, with at least last 2-3 years\' experience in leading a team and a brand. Profiles will be rejected if otherwise.
