Job Title: Corporate Head of Human Resources Location: Surat,Gujarat : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Head of Human Resources to oversee the HR, Administration, and Industrial Relations functions across multiple business verticals. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 12 professionals, implementing SAP and HRIS systems, and driving strategic HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives. Provide strategic guidance and counsel to senior management on HR-related matters. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of 12 HR, Admin, and IR professionals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the HR team. HRIS and SAP Implementation: Implement and manage SAP and HRIS systems to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy. Ensure effective utilization of technology for HR functions. Business Vertical Support: Work closely with business leaders in different verticals to understand HR needs and align strategies accordingly. Employee Relations and Compliance: Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. Handle complex HR issues and provide effective solutions. Talent Acquisition and Management: Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent. Implement talent management initiatives to develop and nurture employee potential. Change Management: Lead change management initiatives and ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes. Qualifications: Minimum 17 years of experience in HR leadership roles. Proven experience in managing HR, Admin, and IR functions across diverse business verticals. Strong background in SAP and HRIS implementation. Excellent team leadership and development skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals. Additional Requirements: Reporting directly to the Chairman. Female candidates only.
