Purpose of the Role

The custodian of this role will play a pivotal part in building Brand More in terms of its brand equity, identity, and media outreach. She/he will own the marketing budget across formats and our own app to deliver consumer acquisition growth and fuel exponential growth across More\'s network of Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, and e-commerce channels. The role is of leadership responsibility, leading a team of brand and performance marketing professionals.

Principal Responsibilities

Lead the overall marketing & promotions strategy, and communication development across geographies for the brand.

Craft growth strategy in key markets based on an in-depth consumer and market understanding. Be an expert in mining locally relevant consumer insights to drive relevance and persuasion in communication

Be the custodian of the MORE brand and its manifestation across Advertising platforms, In-store, and on the app.

Drive brand equity and top of the funnel customer delivery (into the stores as well as for the app) through communication campaigns across digital (YouTube, FB, Insta) and offline (TV/Print/Outdoor/Outreach)

Drive digital communication strategy and implementation for CRM led by WhatsApp

Spearhead performance marketing campaigns to boost brand\'s online and offline sales. Integrate the performance marketing effort as a part of Reach/Frequency maximization

Drive multiple digital projects across Performance Marketing, Ad Tech, Social Listening

Manage the official More website and social media handles

Work with best in class PR, Creative, and performance marketing agencies to drive best in class execution of the brand strategy

Education and Experience

Post Graduate degree in Marketing from top tier institutes

6-8 Years of marketing experience across FMCG/Consumer Tech Brands
