Job Description



Responsibilities
1. Create Strategic communication plans and handle both external and internal communication for all business units/verticals of the Company. 2. Digital Marketing- Create engaging digital media strategies and plans that can enhance brand awareness; drive more traffic to company websites and help in building organic follower base. 3. Manage SEO, SMM, ORM and enhance brand visibility. 4. Handle External Agencies for Digital Marketing, PR and SEO & Hyper Local SEO, do their performance reviews and drive maximum results for brand building. 5. Organizing Events and evaluating event opportunities & other customer engagement activities to drive more business. 6. Creating and managing all marketing/promotional collaterals along with Company Websites. 7. Lead a team of communication professionals and help the company to create effective communication plans. 8. Developing & Managing content for all communication channels/platforms. 9. Handling branding or marketing requirements of all branches/associates and overseas locations as well. 10. Handling corporate tie-ups for the brand. 11. Vendor Management. 12. Manage IR for the brand, co-ordinate with external agency for customized IR solutions to suit companys requirements. 13. Crisis Management.
TEAM MANAGEMENT

14. Work on employee satisfaction and retention for higher performance. 15. Leading from the front, mentoring and nurturing a strong performing team. 16. Reviewing team performance identifying training needs and perform training through demonstrations and role plays.
DATABASE MANAGEMENT, KNOWLEDGE SHARING, MIS AND REPORTING

17. Maintaining database and the performance levels of the Centre. 18. Preparing and updating monthly, quarterly & monthly performance reports. 19. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of developments and involvement in networks.
COMMUNICATION

20. Promotion and brand management 21. Promote company brand locally and ensure its visibility within the territory. 22. Monitor presence in social media and increase viewership/ follower base. 23. Represent company on various forums, events, industry gatherings or community groups. 24. Manage relationships with local media to generate greater coverage for the company. 25. Respond to queries, expert advice sought from media agencies. 26. Respond to queries received through social media.

PROFITABILITY & BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
27. Complete P&L responsibility of the process. 28. Promote cross selling of company services to NRIs. 29. Ensure to optimize existing resources and maximize profitability
