Job Description
Lead the manufacturing team and supervise manufacturing activities as per the plans in leadership capacity.
Prepare and monitor the departmental revenue budget for Opex and Capex requirements annually
Approve the production plan in co-ordination with planning department and ensure effective utilization of resources in the plant.
Review and approve production related documentations as required
Liaise and trouble shoot to resolve operational concerns with relevant support functions
Identify & Implement continuous improvement initiatives in plant operations
