KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overall responsibility towards strategy formulation and implementation of Management Training across all Agency constituents
  • Ensure smooth conduct of Management Orientation School (MOS) and other continuing training for Agency Managers both at HO and other field offices.
  • Content Development using Instructional Design techniques and skills; designing and developing contents and course material for training of various non-agent constituents of Agency.
  • Ensure training delivery and execution aligned to ADM learning journey involving all blended learning delivery formats such as Classroom, Virtual and self-learning
  • Digital drive amongst respective cohorts to drive the adoption of the digital learning platform
  • Ensure the content is responding to the needs of the audience / learners and will achieve desired goals / objective
  • Stay abreast of emerging training trends and methods, and the data research that informs their efficacy
  • Ensure traction of data on training needs analysis and measuring training effectiveness; publishing and interpreting MIS, dashboard, training calendar etc. timely and effectively.
  • Identify productivity-limiting gaps of all employees in the agency and take corrective action, schedule and execute all the events in training calendar.
  • Leverage various Agency resources such as ARDMs, Zone Training Managers and GO TMs for execution of training
  • Conduct Trainers\' training; Conduct training quality audits
  • Utilize surveys and feedback from course participants and agency leaders to improve the content and effectiveness of various training interventions
  • Responsible for the overall certification processes, ensure implementation of evaluation process - online and offline - to create a robust feedback and tracking mechanism
  • Research new techniques or advances in the areas of training and development and apply the same in the function of Management Training within Agency
  • Overall responsibility to produce management training materials:
  • Ensure availability of all management training equipment /courseware at all GOs/ SOs
  • Managing costs within budget. Effective and efficient utilization of all resources within Agency at all times
  • Organize and make presentations in internal seminars
MEASURE OF SUCCESS:
  • Impact of training on key business parameters
  • Top two Feedback score on a scale of 5 to be 4.5 and above (content and delivery)
  • 70% of attendees completing / passing pre and post assessments
  • 0 - 6 months ADM success
  • Successful delivery of AAP value proposition
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES:

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years in sales and 3 years in sales training,
  • Understanding of GOLD and good knowledge/ experience of content development, PowerPoint, A/V etc.
is desirable
  • Candidates who have a performance rating of G2M2 & have completed 12 months in the current role
  • Candidates who have a performance rating of G3M3 & have completed 18 months in the current
  • FOR LATERAL MOVEMENT, candidate should have completed atleast 12 months in the current
role & have a minimum performance rating of G3M3.
