A leader who create leaders by coaching, empowering & motivating them to deliver superior business outcomes. \'Max Life Insurance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and promotes inclusion and diversity.\' Position National Training Head - Elite Vertical Department Training Function Insurance Training Reporting to Head Capability Development Band Band 3 Location HO- Gurugram Team size Direct- 20 Managers - Training EV JOB SUMMARY: Build and communicate a strong vision for Elite Vertical training in the organization and training team Design and co-create Elite Vertical training content with the content training team Align all training content with the MLI vision and drive digital learning through impactful and effective digitized learning content Conduct training sessions and drive digital learning on Elite Vertical blended learning journeys to elevate the domain and functional skills for all EIMs Program Management across all initiatives of Elite Vertical training Stakeholder Management across all stakeholder groups Ensure effective execution of training in all clusters through planning and governance Develop Team of 20 trainers for effective delivery of sessions KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Training Content Conduct training needs analysis to identify present day needs across roles Detail out training content requirements based on needs analysis and industry best practices on Elite Vertical training Co-create content with the content team including design thinking for Elite Vertical trainings, content structure and content subject matter Responsible for the end-to-end training execution for the roles mentioned below: Elite Circle Heads Induction MEV learning Journey EIM on-boarding Responsible for content buildout of sessions by industry experts on Elite Vertical programs like business insurance, NRI, cross-sell, HNI selling, networking skills, HNI recruitment, advanced selling skills, EIM Coaching & Development, Building a Sustainable Agency Responsible for marketing and promoting training programs within the respective cohorts to ensure maximum awareness and coverage of programs Training Delivery Responsible for the blended training delivery for all Elite Vertical trainings Virtual delivery, Classroom and/or digital videos, podcasts etc. Responsible for training the team of Elite Vertical trainers to ensure seamless training delivery for Elite Vertical Digital Learning Responsible for the development, maintenance and management of the digital learning environment for Elite Vertical Conduct sessions and drive blended learning journeys to elevate the domain and functional skills across roles Program Management and governance Coordinate all program management activities ensuring that appropriate communications takes place across internal functional groups and with external partners as applicable. Ensure smooth functioning and execution of all training programs through structured planning & governance Define program specific requirements and deliverables Drive to closure program issues related to day to day activities among multiple programs. Communicate status & issues to management in a timely manner. Escalate issues appropriately Program manage end-to-end delivery of training from content build-out to training delivery for all the cohorts listed above Program manage vendor consultants to ensure execution excellence and delivery Program Manage training quality audit and listening posts Manage and coordinate with the Operations team and Technology team to deliver training digitally, upload to digital learning platform and maintenance of Elite Vertical content Manage data and reporting for Elite Vertical trainings including generation of dashboard and circulation of dashboards Stakeholder Management Responsible to coordinate and effectively manage all stakeholders involved Strongly communicate the vision for Elite Vertical trainings to all stakeholders Ensure complete stakeholder alignment to all Elite Vertical trainings across all cohorts People Management Build a cohesive team of 10 Managers and ensure their development as an SME Empower team members using innovation and creativity to accomplish business goals and objectives Engage team members to ensure they have positive emotional connections to the organizational values and purpose Demonstrate the values of diversity and inclusion, and encourage performance orientation Coach and mentor the team to be able respond to any current or future challenges in the role Motivate and build a healthy work environment within the team.
