Circle Head - Elite Vertical Position Circle Head - Elite Vertical Incumbent NA Department Agency Function Agency Reporting to Regional Manager & Dotted to CVP & Head - Elite Vertical Band 3 / 3A Location Pan India Team size (D/I) 10 JOB SUMMARY This role presents an opportunity to lead the assigned territory as part of the \'Elite Vertical\' under Agency Distribution. The Elite Vertical is a dedicated vertical under Agency Channel, focusing on recruitment and development of proven top performing advisors/ financial distributors across locations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES . You will be responsible for establishing and scaling \'Elite Vertical\' as a strategic revenue generating channel within Agency in the assigned territory . You will be responsible for scaling up recruitment of Top Advisors from competition/Financial Distributors and drive revenue in the assigned territory . You will lead the development of this channel in assigned market through managing a hierarchy of dedicated Development Manager(s) . Constantly recruiting meaningful Top advisors/ Financial distributors and expanding the distribution footprint in a designated territory . Understand the Top Advisor/ Business Associate value proposition, onboarding process, regulatory environment related to the same . Strong market intelligence and relationship management with potential Top advisors/Financial distributors for future acquisition . Ensure timely support to the Top Financial Advisors / Business Associates\' within the territory in-case of any escalations . Build an effective and stable team of Agency Development Manager(s) and ensuring timely fulfillment of open positions . Mentoring team for recruiting & activating top advisors/ Financial Distributors . Feeding Back the Field intelligence on competition activities on a formal /regular basis . Alignment with support functions (working with & through others) . Training & Development of team of ADMs and Top Advisors\' . Manage compliance and financial risks MEASURES OF SUCCESS . Recruitment of Top Advisors/Financial Distributors from competition . Achievement of planned Sales volume in the assigned territory . Activation of Top Advisors & Financial distributors on a MoM basis . ADM Retention . Quality of Business KEY RELATIONSHIPS . CVP & Head - Elite Vertical . Operations/HR/Product Management . Audit & Compliance . Training and Development . Agency Enablement KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: . Excellent communication skills (oral & written) . Strong networking orientation and skills . Strong relationship building capability . Strong Work ethics . High on accountability . Drive and passion . Oriented towards driving growth DESIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE . MBA / Post graduate with 10+ years of experience, minimum 5 years\' experience in Life Insurance/Financial Services sector . Should have similar market exposure and experience in process driven, quality sales organizations . Knowledge of Financial Distributor, Top Advisor cohort will be an added advantage . Prior experience in leading sales team for a region/ territory .
