Position ADM - Elite Vertical Incumbent NA Department Agency Function Agency Reporting to Circle Head - Elite Vertical Band 4 / 4A Location Multiple Locations - Pan India Team size (D/I) NA JOB SUMMARY Responsible for hiring, developing and driving sales from Top Financial Advisors/Financial Distributors of competition thereby driving revenue for Agency Channel. The Elite Vertical is a dedicated vertical under Agency Channel, focusing on recruitment and development of proven top performing advisors/ financial distributors KEY RESPONSIBILITIES \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify the Top financial /General Insurance/Health Insurance distributors in the assigned territory from the competition \xe2\x80\xa2 Pitch Max-Life Agency Career Opportunity through Career Seminars / Presentations / Meetings \xe2\x80\xa2 Understand the Top Advisor/ Business Associate value proposition, onboarding process and regulations related to the same \xe2\x80\xa2 Hiring and Onboarding of Top Advisors and Business Associates\' post conducting Career seminars and Presentation and meet the defined Recruitment plan \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive sales from the team of Top Advisors / Business Associates and Financial distributors to meet the defined sales plans. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain Quality of sales by ensuring the Persistency standards of the channel \xe2\x80\xa2 Adherence to the desired input behaviors to drive Sales and Recruitment \xe2\x80\xa2 Periodically Train & Develop advisors for new product launches and communicating any changes in company guidelines / policies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing field operations by coordinating with Operations and DSDO for sales and Recruitment. MEASURES OF SUCCESS \xe2\x80\xa2 Hiring and driving activation of Top Advisors/Financial Distributors from competition \xe2\x80\xa2 Career Seminars / Meetings with Top Advisors/ Financial Distributors \xe2\x80\xa2 Meeting Sales and Recruitment Plan consistently \xe2\x80\xa2 Persistency \xe2\x80\xa2 Advisor Productivity & Retention \xe2\x80\xa2 Adhering to Input behaviors KEY RELATIONSHIPS \xe2\x80\xa2 Circle Head -Elite Vertical \xe2\x80\xa2 Ops Team (CET and DSDO) \xe2\x80\xa2 Training and Development \xe2\x80\xa2 Human Resources KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong relationship building capability \xe2\x80\xa2 Go-getter attitude \xe2\x80\xa2 Result orientation \xe2\x80\xa2 Passionate towards Sales DESIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE \xe2\x80\xa2 Graduate with 5+ years of experience, at least 3 years\' experience in insurance sector \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven record of leading Front-Line Sales in Financial Services, preferably in Insurance \xe2\x80\xa2 Should have similar market exposure and experience in process driven, quality sales organizations \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with skills in recruitment, driving sales and activation ORG CHART: CEO\xe2\x86\x92 DMD\xe2\x86\x92Head Agency \xe2\x86\x92Regional Manager / CVP & Head - Elite Vertical (dotted line) \xe2\x86\x92 Circle Head - Elite Vertical \xe2\x86\x92ADM Elite Vertical
