• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with our company\'s vision, values, and business objectives

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce

• Create and implement effective employee engagement and retention strategies, fostering a positive and vibrant work culture

• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and career development

• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards

• Manage and optimise HR systems and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability

• Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting professional growth

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives, including learning and development, compensation and benefits, and employee wellness programs

• Monitor HR metrics, analyse data, and provide reports to senior management, enabling data-driven decision-making

The Successful Applicant

• 8-10 years of experience in HR, preferably in the real estate/co-working spaces setup

• MBA from a premium institute

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with organisational goals

• Strong experience in designing employee retention and engagement strategies

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
